Theory test booking complaint

I have to tell you that most of the people think that I am a cheerful, friendly person. It is very difficult to make me angry or lose my temper. I try to treat other people with respect and not to get involved in any conflicts with them. Sometimes it is even perceived as a weakness especially in today´s world where strength is very important. Still I think that it is the right thing to do and I keep on doing it. There were some situations in which people would usually get really nervous like when shopping assistant was trying to tell me that I have stolen something from the shop, or when someone almost destroyed my wing mirror by driving irresponsibly but I remained calm. But recently I was really shocked with the service in driving school. I went there to handle theory test booking for my son. I had to wait for fifteen minutes in order to be able to talk with someone responsible for that. When my time came, the lady who is responsible for theory test booking told me that now it is a time for her break. I would be able to understand that but she was so rude that she has closed the door in front my nose without even giving me a possibility of saying something. That is why I have decided to write a letter to this school with complaint about the staff responsible for theory test booking. I can´t wait for their reply.
