This can mean many things in life and martial arts, it can be thought of aggressively or with passive resolve. All martial artists must be aware of other styles; a study of other arts is part of the journey to mastery of ones own art. As Shaolin stylists it is good to see how the art separated from legend, can be traced through its offspring.

Our website will feature arts to which society members have been exposed, Muay thai, Capoeira and Yoga have already been catalogued in various parts of the site.
